Land Development Coordinator
Bradford Gaines is the land development coordinator for Rocket Properties, LLC. He has been trained and involved in sustainable design since 2005. He brings creativity, problem solving and technical expertise to neighborhood planning, design, development and marketing efforts. Through a detailed, hands-on construction management approach, he ensures conservation and design objectives are upheld and implemented. “In-house planning, design and construction management allows us to successfully create unique, sustainable neighborhoods that residents will enjoy for years to come.”
Bradford is a Summa cum laude graduate of the School of Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas with 5 years experience in sustainable land development. Accolades include the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture’s Presidential Scholar Award 2003 – 2004 & 2004- 2005, American Society of Landscape Architects Honor Award, Michael J. Buono Sustainability Award. Bradford also served as President of the Student Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects Arkansas Chapter.
His sustainability training includes the Building with Trees Program by The National Arbor Day Foundation, Low Impact Development Workshops by The Watershed Conservation Resource Center and a five year mentoring program under Ron Tyne. He is also a licensed real estate agent and working towards his GRI designation. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office Suite.
He is a member of several professional organizations including: American Society of Landscape Architects, Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock, Arkansas GreenBuilt Council & American Trails.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, Bible studies, fly fishing, hiking, snow skiing & golf.
