We are a high customer-contact custom homebuilder. We work very closely with our clients to assist in project design, perform lot selection, arrange pre-build energy efficiency audits, prepare the project management schedule, create a working cost estimate, and educate our clients to be better decision-makers at the time of choosing interior and exterior finishes and fixtures. We typically operate as a cost-plus builder offering open-accounting where the client participates in any hiring or purchasing decision they wish to, and also receives a copy of every receipt incurred on their project. We have completed over 100 new homes currently ranging from $300,000 to $2.1MM. 95% of the time if we are not building for a friend, we have fostered a friendship during the construction process. My family and I typically live in the same neighborhoods in which we develop and construct custom homes for others. We are also an Energy Star building partner with four rated projects. In this role, he leads the Board of Directors in reviewing and establishing association policy. Prior to this, he was active with the Association of General Contractors, having served on their board from 1989-1995. He currently sits on the City of Little Rock’s Land Bank Commission and is co-project manager of the GREEN BUILT® Model Home.
